Patrick J. Garrity Adjunct Fellows
Patrick J. Garrity is a Research Associate with the Miller Center of Public Affairs, University of Virginia, and Senior Policy Analyst with the Los Alamos National Laboratory. He has published on American foreign and defense policy topics in such journals as Survival, Washington Quarterly, The National Interest, Parameters, and Journal of Strategic Studies. He is co-author of A Sacred Union of Citizens: George Washington’s Farewell Address and the American Character (Rowman and Littlefield, 1996); and co-editor of Nuclear Weapons in the Changing World: Perspectives from Europe, Asia, and North America (Plenum, 1992).
