Julie Ann Ponzi is a former professor of American Studies and is currently a stay-at-home mother. She earned her M.A. in Political Philosophy and American Politics from the Claremont Graduate School in 1997. She has earned numerous academic honors, including a Bradley Foundation Fellowship, she is a John M. Olin Fellow, an Earhart Fellow and a Publius Fellow at the Claremont Institute.
Her publications include Abraham Lincoln and the Rescue of Our Ancient Faith: The Political Crisis of the 1850’s, "An Immodest Proposal," in The Women’s Quarterly (Summer 1997) and "Feminism with an all too Human Face", a review of of Camille Paglia’s Sex, Art, and American Culture in Crisis (February 1994). Mrs. Ponzi is a graduate of the Ashbrook Scholar program.
